Electromagnetic flow meters have no moving parts and no obstruction in the pipe, so they read sewage, sludge and raw water accurately without clogging or pressure loss. This configuration, with CR (rubber) lining and 316L electrodes, is the standard choice for STP inlet and outlet flow, water supply mains, borewell lines and industrial water.
Choose an integral converter for compact installations, or a remote converter when the sensor sits in a pit, a submerged chamber or a hot, vibrating line. The converter shows flow rate, totalised flow and velocity and provides 4–20 mA, pulse, RS485 and HART outputs.
